Resolved Question: Which campus is the best?

I got accepted into Pennsylvania State University, and though University Park (the main campus) is obviously the best and most popular, I wanted to know which of the secondary campuses are the best overall. I'm going to Altoona, but i don't know if Erie (Behrend) would be better? And if another is better, then is it possible for me to transfer before hand? Please help!... Read More »
